Request Faith and Form Award International Submission Account
This is the first step in entering the Awards contest. Once you've completed this form, click the Request Account button; the system will display your username on the confirmation page and will send you an email for your records. You can then log in, select the number and type of entries you're submitting, and make a payment via MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or PayPal. Once your payment has been processed, you can start entering the data and uploading photos for your entries. Note that all photos MUST by JPEG files with a maximum size of 2 MB each. If you have any question about the requirements for submission to any of the four major categories, please see the guidelines linked at left.
